PLACING AN ORDER

Q1: Through the website?
A:
   Firstly you would have to get registered with us on the website. Its a very simple form       which has to be filled and will hardly take a few minutes. Once registered browse       through our product catalog to choose the right arrangement for you.

      All our arrangments are divided into different categories like Birthdays, Anniversaries       etc. Just click on the category related to your choice and a whole range of arrangments       will appear. Click on an arrangement that you like and you will be able to add it to your       shopping cart.

       Once the product is in your shopping cart you can look for other products or simply        click on the 'Finish Shopping' button to go the checkout homepage.



Q2: What information is required to submit the order?
A:
  Please have the recipient's name, address and telephone number as well as your credit        card number with the expiration date, and billing information. Your billing details will be        taken from the information you filled in during registration.


Q3: How do I find different types of products?
A:
   There is a handy search box on the top right corner of the website. Just type in what        you are looking for eg. "roses" and you will get a list of all products with your search        word in them. Simple and easy.


Q4: How to finish and place an order?

  1. Once your product is in the shopping cart click on the 'Finish Shopping' button. You will be taken to the 'Confirm Your Order' screen.
  2. Enter the correct delivery details, delivery date and time, payment type and any comments or instructions regarding the order.
  3. Click on the 'Final Step: Payments' button.
  4. If you have chosen the Credit Card as the payment type you will be taken to a secure screen where you can enter your credit card details. If the payment method is cheque or demand draft appropriate instructions will be shown.
  5. In either case you will get an order number which can be used for checking the delivery status. Also, a confirmatory mail will be sent to your email id.

      In case you do not have a Credit Card , you can still place an order with us. Click on the       "Offline Payments" link in the Estore and fill in the "Offline Payments Form".The payment       can be made by sending a Demand Draft or a Cheque payable atMumbai, drawn in the       name of Say It With Flowers.

Q1: Can I have my gift delivered today?
A:
   All orders placed before 2:00 p.m. IST can be delivered on the SAME DAY. Our select       florists will design the arrangement and send it out for delivery during normal business       hours (9 a.m. - 7 p.m.). .


Q2: How can I receive a confirmation of my order?
A:
   We will automatically send you an email confirmation as long as you have provided us        with a valid email address.


Q3: Can I change my order information?
A:   
If you have any concerns about changing your order information, you can contact us at:

      Any changes in the order infor mation can be made only if intimated at least 1 day prior       to the delivery o f the order



Q4: Was my order delivered?
A:
   All customers are automatically sent a confirmation that we have received their order,       as long as they have provided us with a valid email address. After the order has been       delivered, within 24 hours a delivery confirmation (with the name of the person who       received the order) is emailed to all customers.

Q1: My order was not delivered as requested.

   During our peak holidays*, due to high volume, we ask that you accept a flexible       delivery schedule in order to ensure that deliveries will take place in a timely manner.       Your patience is appreciated. All orders are delivered during business hours (9 a.m. - 7       p.m.) and although our specially selected florists make every effort, we cannot       guarantee timed deliveries.

      * Peak holidays include Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Rakshabandhan , Deepavali ,       Christmas and New Years.
